Les Tables du Gers, The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Gers, (32) in the heart of the Occitanie region, in partnership with the Departmental Committee of Tourism Destination GERS, initiated and coordinated the Tables du Gers approach for 10 years.
The goal? Structure a quality catering offer based on local products.

With the help of Emilie (formerly sommelier in a 2 Michelin star), we select for you organic, natural or bio-dynamic wines directly from the estates or cellar friends. In a more respectful approach to nature and the palate, we want you to discover humble and no-frills wines!
